The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued warnings about the risk of heart attacks and strokes. The agency has issued warnings about heart attacks and strokes in people taking Crestor, the brand name for rosuvastatin, an oral medicine used to treat cholesterol problems in patients.

Rosuvastatin is a statin that helps lower LDL and increase HDL cholesterol levels.

Rosuvastatin was approved in the U. S. in August 1999 for the treatment of patients with high-risk cholesterol, including those with a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or higher, or those who have a BMI of 35 or higher or those who have a BMI of 27 or higher. It lowers the LDL cholesterol levels by about 70% in those with a BMI of 27 or higher.

Losing a significant amount of weight, and even having an excess of weight, can lead to serious cardiovascular problems. Although it has been shown to help prevent or lower the risk of heart attacks and strokes, the FDA said it had not established any evidence of the drug's effectiveness.

In May 2004, the agency added new warnings to Crestor and its brand name in a letter to the FDA. The agency said it had not received any information about the risks of heart attacks and strokes.

Rosuvastatin is used to treat people with high-risk cholesterol or a body mass index of 30 or higher. It can also reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke by about 25%.

The FDA said the agency is not aware of any studies that have found that statins are linked with heart attacks or strokes. However, Crestor was approved to treat the symptoms of high-risk cholesterol in adults, and the agency has said it has not made any significant changes to the label for rosuvastatin.

The FDA said the company has not received any evidence of the increased risk of heart attacks or strokes associated with rosuvastatin.

The FDA said the agency's warning letter about the increased risk of heart attacks and strokes is not meant to be a warning about the safety of Crestor, the brand name for rosuvastatin.

In its letter to the FDA, the agency said Crestor's labeling does not include an increased risk of heart attacks or strokes.

In its warning letter, the agency said it has not received any information about the increased risk of heart attacks or strokes.

In a statement, the FDA said: "Health care professionals and patients should discuss the risks and benefits of statin therapy with their healthcare providers before starting rosuvastatin or other statin therapy. Crestor should not be used in patients with known cardiovascular disease or who are taking other drugs that increase the risk of cardiovascular events or those who have a history of cardiovascular disease."

The FDA also added that rosuvastatin is not approved for use in patients with an abnormal lipid profile. The FDA has not received any information about the risk of heart attacks or strokes associated with rosuvastatin.

The FDA noted that the agency does not have information about the increased risk of heart attacks and strokes associated with rosuvastatin.

According to the FDA, the company is not aware of any studies that have found that rosuvastatin is linked to an increased risk of heart attacks or strokes. However, Crestor was approved to treat the symptoms of high-risk cholesterol in adults, and the FDA has not made any significant changes to the label for rosuvastatin.
